Phil Daniels is an Analytics and Business Intelligence technology expert with nearly 15 years of experience spanning Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, and Retail industries.
Phil has led data warehousing and business intelligence consulting engagements for clients such as Cephalon (now Teva), Nycomed, Toys R’ Us, Hanger Orthopedic Group, Harte-Hanks, and L’Oreal. His work includes full business intelligence platform build-outs, dashboards, and syndicated reporting in support of marketing campaigns, panel data, claims systems, corporate financials, and healthcare outcomes research.
Phil has a Master’s degree from the University of Missouri, where his successful thesis was entitled ‘Institutional Power and Organizational Culture: The Work of Michel Foucault’.
Jay is a strategic marketing leader in Pharmaceutical and Retail with deep expertise in multi-channel consumer and business/professional marketing. His areas of expertise include customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, call center operations, segmentation, relationship marketing, communication, analytics, and database operations.
Over the last 18 plus years, Jay has partnered with industry leaders and developed database and multi-channel campaign capabilities, co-pay and loyalty programs, built acquisition and retention strategies, launched hundreds of successful campaigns, and advanced the mission for measurement & analytics.
Jay’s experience has been both with small niche consulting firms and start-ups and also with large multi-nationals. Employers and major accounts include names such as Hearst Newspapers, Jiffy Lube, Shell Oil, Pep Boys Auto, Chico’s FAS, Fair Isaac, Shire Pharmaceutical, Chicago Tribune, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Otsuka Pharmaceutical.
He has an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Houston.
